Yes, you can specify the days and times at which you wish to receive Emails on your handset. You can do this via the Filters tab on the SMS Email website and the WAP interface.
Can I read my emails via the SMS Email website?
Yes, you can read Email messages via the service website.
Can I reply or forward an email from the SMS Email website?
Yes, you can. Browse to the SMS Email website, browse to your e-mail account and then choose the e-mail you want to reply or forward. All e-mail control options are present on the SMS Email website.
How do I add another Email account?
Log into the SMS Email website and click on the Add New Email Account link on the Accounts tab to add a new Email account.
Can I edit the setting of an Email account I have added?
Yes, you can. Click on the Edit link in front of the Email account that you wish to edit in the Account tab.
Can I remove an Email account I added previously?
Yes, you can remove an Email account that you added previously. In the Accounts tab, Just click on the Delete link in front of the account you wish to delete.
Can I stop the sending of Email alerts against one of my added Email accounts?
Yes, you can do this by clicking the Deactivate link next to the Email account you wish to stop receiving Emails from.

The connection column indicates if we were able to access your account last time we tried. The Error condition is usually caused when you have not configured your account correctly, or there were connectivity problems between our servers and the servers of your Email provider.
Can I Block e-mails from specific senders or allow e-mails from specific senders?
Yes, you can specify the e-mails you want to receive via the Filters tab on the SMS Email website. Alternatively you can reply to a SMS alert with BLOCK and all e-mails from that e-mail address will not be sent to your phone.
Who has access to my Email account information?
No one has access to your account information, other than you. All your information is stored in a database in encrypted format and is totally illegible. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to the servers hosting the service and related information.
How do I unsubscribe from the service?
Send UNSUB to 2200 to unsubscribe from the service. To stop receiving alerts send a SMS message with text DISABLE to 2200 to disable all email alerts from this service. You may also disable alerts via the web interface by clicking on the Subscription Status tab and then clicking on the Disable link.
I am not receiving any Email alerts against my Yahoo account.
In case you do not receive any Email alerts against your Yahoo account, we suggest that you switch to the new Yahoo interface. To switch to the new interface, go to Mail Options in your Yahoo account and there click on the link “The new Yahoo! Mail has arrived! Try it now!”
How do I enable POP access for my Gmail account?
To enable POP access for your Gmail account please follow the steps below:
After logging into your Gmail account, click on Settings
Click on the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab
In the POP Download section select “Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on”
Click on Save Changes
